Items must be received by us within 14 days of the date your order was placed. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders. Sorry, the original shipping costs at the time the order was placed will not be refunded.
An RMA number must be obtained prior to returning an item. Please send an email to email@example.com to request an RMA number. Please be advised that without an RMA number, we cannot accept the returned item(s). Please make sure that your returned item(s) are packaged in a sturdy box with appropriate packing materials so that it arrives back to us safely in its original condition. Items received without a sturdy box will not be accepted. PLEASE, do not return your item in a padded envelope. Unfortunately, if the item(s) arrive back to us in damaged condition, we will be unable to issue a refund. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest insuring your returned package and using FedEx or UPS, as they are reliable shipping carriers.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the above conditions have been met, we will issue a refund, subject to the 15% restocking fee.
