If you order a custom sized bracelet from us and it does not fit properly, we will be happy to resize it for you within 14 days of when you receive the bracelet.
Please send an email to email@example.com to request a resizing for your bracelet.
We will work with you to adjust the size of the bracelet. There will be a $15 flat fee assessed for the service. We can only resize bracelets that we have previously made.
Please make sure that your bracelet is packaged in a sturdy box with appropriate packing materials so that it arrives back to us safely in its original condition. Items received without a sturdy box will not be accepted. PLEASE, do not return your item in a padded envelope. Unfortunately, if the item(s) arrive back to us in damaged condition, we will be unable to resize it. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest insuring your returned package and using FedEx or UPS, as they are reliable shipping carriers.
